RETURNS If you are wishing to return products that are faulty or not as described simply post the goods back to Petra Hair Care within 3 weeks of order date.
Please send the goods back to the address that appears on the invoice. Give a brief explanation stating why you wish to return the goods.
Goods must be returned in as new condition with original packaging intact. All products must be returned unused.
Please return goods with the invoice, the method used for payment and the Allied Express delivery docket. Petra online will not accept liability for any postage incurred.
We will credit your original method of payment,
excluding delivery.

EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange products that are faulty or not as described simply post the goods back to Petra Hair Care within 3 weeks of order date.
Give a brief explanation stating why you wish to exchange the goods and what products you wish to purchase in exchange. Goods must be returned in as new condition with original packaging intact. All products must be returned unused.
Please return goods with the original invoice, the method used for payment and the Allied Express delivery docket. Please do not reuse the courier bag.
We will require credit card details including credit card
number and expiry date in the event that there is a price difference between
goods being exchanged and also to debit the redelivery charge. We will email
you to confirm all details.
Ensure that the shipping address and your telephone number are clearly indicated and that you will be able to sign for the delivery. There will be a $12.00 redelivery charge if the first delivery is unsuccessful.
